What have you done for yourself lately?

Take a minute and think about your week last week. In all of the responsibilities that you have completed, how many of those things were for you? I'll wait… We often wrap up our joy and our needs with what others need which is obviously a great thing to do. It is a miraculous thing to do IF you also take the time to seek out what YOU need with no obligation tied to anyone else. It could mean you get up before everyone else so you can take 30 minutes to read, workout, or just be - with zero interruption. You set aside 20 minutes to take a bath or a drive, turn off your ringer and relax, reset, and recharge. Goal for the week: Do 3 things that are solely for self this week and let me know what those things are and how you feel.
